10) HOW DOES 1031XCHANGE.COM RECEIVE COMPENSATION FOR SERVICES?
1031Xchange.com’s primary objective is to co-invest with our clients, and to participate with them in the investment. As a result, 1031Xchange.com will generally invest its own funds or that of its affiliate Diamante Properties in the project. Diamante has an outstanding track record of selecting projects.
