Brokers will be compensated for bringing an investor or buyer. Compensation can be paid in the form of an equity fee or a sales commission, depending upon the nature of the transaction:

Investor Equity: We offer a 4% equity raising fee on new capital sourcing and 2% on transactions that roll forward.

Property Sales: We will compensate brokers from 2% - 3%, based upon the level of broker involvement and the value of the deal.
